We develop relationships with stakeholders in education, AEC industry associations and other businesses to create positive change through focused engagement. One of our core goals is promoting a diverse and balanced workforce in our industry, now and in the future.

We are strongly committed to mentoring diverse engineering firms and supporting organizations in our industry. We also play an early active role in inspiring and nurturing STEM education.
