Ken Smorynski, PE, SE

INGENUITY Experience. As IEI’s Vice President, Illinois, Ken Smorynski oversees IEI’s design, program management and construction inspection staff. He is also responsible for staff development, business development, client relations, contract management and day-to-day activities.

Education. Mr. Smorynski holds a Bachelor (BS) and Master of Science (MS)in Civil Engineering; and recently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana.

Involvement in Community. Ken is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers Association of Illinois and has volunteered as a soccer, baseball and basketball coach for many years.
